Friends and Family Benefits | What can recruiters learn from this?

I have a friend who works at IHG and have been lucky enough to be able to book hotels at fantastic rates using their Friends and Family deal. Feel free to use this link as it is a real offer and I now go out of my way to use it when staying away!

But taking this concept further how can organisations use it to attract and hire great people?

Maybe a simple:

“If you're thinking of joining us why not stay at one of our hotels at this great rate and see how you would fit in.”

Of course there are risks that it may get abused but there's no gain without some kind of risk. Just a thought!
